Models: general discussion

Dear all,

Two comments responding to the message of Graham about the models.

First, we agreed to be in model 2 and not in model 3. We changed that in our meeting in Dublin. We always are willing to be involved in the other models of course, especially in model 3, the social learning model.

Secondly, the Utrecht way of thinking about evaluating is more an eclectical way of evaluating. In the table of Guba and Lincoln, this is labeled Pragmatism. The table I most like is the table of Van de Knaap about the four learning styles which can be used to described evaluation aspects. I like that one, as we can use it for all our models and can be applied in most paradigms and perspectives. Maybe, we can have a look at it.

cheers, Wilfried
