Dear all, I am sorry that I forgot to post you the links to national evaluation societies worldwide which are listed at the web-site of the German association of Evaluation: http://www.degeval.de/weltweit.htm Some other "international groups" are listed here: http://www.inteval.org/Inteval/home.htm In many cases the web-sites offer further information on relevant publications and evaluation research and implementation projects.
