Purpose
QuantEmpower is a tool for creating before and after self-perception questionnaires, recording peoples responses and charting the results. It has particular application to measuring peoples sense of empowerment as a result of some intervention or training. The tool contains a database in which to create and store question sheets, the selection and scores of different groups and individuals and the display of the results in a variety of graphical formats. The tool can be used by evaluators and facilitators to compare participants' progress and sense of capability across a number of dimensions.
